BeyondRxAid provides healthcare application development, compliance infrastructure, and integration services. Specific deliverables and terms are defined in individual client agreements.

Intellectual Property

Our platform, code, and content are protected by intellectual property laws. Client-specific deliverables are subject to terms in individual agreements, which typically transfer ownership upon full payment.

Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of client information and PHI in accordance with HIPAA requirements and our BAAs.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
